50th Birthday Invitations

You've seen a several samples of Quinceanera and wedding invitations, but lately I've received several requests for birthday and graduation invites.  :)  A friend of mine's husband is celebrating his 50th birthday soon, and she asked me for help with the party invitations and theme. 

The colors are Real Red, Basic Black, So Saffron and Whisper White with a gaming theme.  Here's the invites:

The image on this card is from the stamp set called Card Games, but I'm also using Game Night on the inside and creating a matching envelope with the In the Cards wheel. 

Decor Elements

If you haven't checked out our vinyl wall art product line yet, now is a great time with spring cleaning and redecorating.  :)  I recently added the Dotted Flourish in Chocolate Chip above my door frame in the master bathroom. 

I threw in this next photo in just because I love my daughter Olivia's sassy stance.  Those of you who have met Olivia will appreciate this photo.  She's so funny!

Easter Blessings Stair Step Card

Time to switch gears from winter-y projects to something more spring-y.  Easter is right around the corner and will be here before you know it.  :)  I love our new stamp set in the Occasions Mini Catalog called Easter Blessings.  If you are looking for images that are more realistic than whimsical and have religious sentiments, then this set is for YOU! 

This card is a called a Stair Step card and is a definite WOW when the recipient opens it.  Also incorporated is the Shades of Spring Designer Series Papers.

These were my make and takes at my February downline meeting.  I chose to feature the Sweet Pea Felt and matching Sweet Pea Designer Series Paper.  I also used two new punches from the Occasions Mini Catalog:  Extra Large Fancy Flower and Extra Large 2 Step Bird, and stamp sets from the mini, also.

Downline Gifts

I try to hold classes and events just for my downline on a regular basis.  I call them Demo Diva Days.  :) These are some of the gifts I made for my girls this month.

These were my gifts to the gals celebrating their anniversaries with Stampin' Up. The heart-shaped bath confetti was perfect for February and because I love my girls!  :)

Fuzzy picture but its really cute in real life and was a gift for bringing a guest to the meeting.  It's a decorated legal pad, glittered pen and set of four love notes in a matching box.

All Occasions Stamp a Stack

Here are the group of cards from my February Stamp A Stack.

There is something unique about this group of cards.  They are all CASE'd from the Stampin' Up Idea Book & Catalog.  With so many online resources out there, I think we sometimes overlook the inspiration that is already at our fingertips. 

The other thing I noticed is how much I gravitate towards earthy colors - do you notice all the browns and olives?  I didn't even realize I was doing it until all 5 cards were done.  :)

Humor in High Heels

This was actually a Christmas sample, but I think it is perfect for a wedding, graduation, etc.  I swapped the Christmas sentiment for a greeting from Whimsical Words - my new "go-to" stamp set!

Eggcellent Egg Kit

So I've shared the Bunnies, the Birds, and now it's time to share the Butterflies!  These beauties just speak "Spring" to me.  It's been really cold, snowy and blowy in Kansas City, and I am really ready for some sun and warmer weather.  :)
