Got Green? Scrapbook Layout

I designed this page... YES, this is an actual scrapbook layout created by Shelly May... *gasp*!  I like to call myself the copy queen but every once in awhile, I craft up something on my own.

This is the layout I shared with my Tonganoxie Scrapbook Club gals:

My title is my tried-and-true MOP method.  This means it is Messy on Purpose!  :)  For me, it takes the stress out of trying to perfectly space my letters.  I cut Simple Alpha letters with my Big Shot in two colors - Wild Wasabi and Pear Pizazz.  Layering two colors really adds to the depth of your page.  It's the little things!

Stampin' Up doesn't have a shamrock punch, so I improvised with my heart punches.  I punched four each of two sizes and then sponged the edges.  Everything looks better with a little bit of sponging, don't ya think?
