Along with my monthly scrapbook layout classes, I always have a techniques card club class once per month. This month we tackled ribbon scraps and a cupcake pop-up card. Here they are:
I used the Heartlits frames to create the heart opening and the little heart pop out at the top. I love this idea to use ribbon scraps because I have a huge basketful. I think this idea would work well with Designer Series Paper scraps. With the neutral background in Crumb Cake, all colors and styles work well together. I also like putting different textures and ribbon styles.
The next card looks simple on the inside but has a surprise on the inside...
Voila! It's a giftcard holder that pops out when you open the card. Very fun! :)
