It's been awhile since I posted any Build-a-Bear Workshop samples, but no worries because these ideas are going to knock your socks off!  Time to dust off those dies and start cranking out bears again.  :)

Big Shot 101 Class

Here are the projects we did at March's Big Shot Class:

Chocolate Bunny card created with the Scallop Oval Frame Die (another great idea from Diana Ball!)

I created my own texture plate from left over die-cuts. It's hard to see but the white card front has the texture on it.  Here's the home-made texture plate:

Chapstick holder created with the Eggcoutrements stamp set and Two Tags Bigz Die

I saw this idea on a recent blog tour... you use the die-cuts as a mask.  I used the Daisies #2 Bigz die and sponged Crushed Curry and Pumpkin Pie inks on Whisper White cardstock.  So summery!  :)

My next Big Shot class is Fabric Frenzy/Fabric Pins on Saturday, April 17th from 10-12.  We are going to be making the fabulous flower pins that you've been seeing everywhere.  You will make 4 pins for $15.00.  RSVP is requested by April 13th to save your spot!

Build-a-Bear Workshop Projects

I have more projects to show you from my Build-a-Bear Workshop Parties.  The first project was a "mommy & me" project, so the mom's helped their girls create these scrapbook tins.

These skinny tins are available on my website www.shellymay.stampinup.net in the clearance rack section.  They make perfect mini scrapbook albums and are only $.99. 

I also used the Stampin' Up Bear and Beary Merry die cuts to create the Santa Bear.  The band was created with the flocked paper from Christmas Cocoa Designer Series Papers.  Inside the tin is an accordian fold scrapbook.

The girls got to finish their second project on their own - anyway they wanted.  I pre-stamped the images and set out Watercolor Pencils and Blender Pens.  I wish I would have taken pictures of some of the bookmarks because they were all unique.  :)

I also demonstrated a quick and easy gift packet that would be perfect for party favors at your next Build-a-Bear Workshop themed party.  :)

Build-a-Bear Workshop Bouquet

I created this cute project for my Build-a-Bear Workshop Party.  So easy to make and such a hit with kiddos and bear lovers of all ages.  :)

I used the Beary Best Friends stamp set and several circle punches - 1 1/4", 1 3/8" and Scallop Circle.  I like to make these paperclip bookmarkers double-sided.  Crystal Effects and Stampin' Dimensionals hold them together. 

I also created this chipboard wall art for my niece Cyla.  It's ready to add a picture of her sweet smiling face and then hang it on her wall.  :)

I used several Big Shot dies to create this piece - Simple Alphabet, Stampin Up Bear and Beary Essentials.  I crinkled the Very Vanilla cardstock before I cut out the shirt.  I love how it turned out and hope Cyla likes it, too.

More Build-a-Bear Workshop Fun

I saw this super-cute gift idea for kids in cyber space... and I copied it!  It was just too cute not to!  :)  I used the Fancy Favor XL Die with the Big Shot, so the boxes go together very quickly.

The box holds a set of 24 crayons and 16 tags for kids to color and use for gifts for their friends and family.  The tags are held together with a book ring, and I added a bit of ribbon to make it a little more special.  :) 

I made several of these to sell at the Holiday Bazaar this Saturday at All the Right Moves Dance Studio in Bonner Springs.  There will be a bake sale, vendor/craft fair, and silent auction.  Stop by and see me from 10-4 at the studio.  It's on Hwy 32 between Speedway and 2 Sisters.  If you need directions, just shoot me an email at shellyluvsstamps@earthlink.net. 

I plan to sell them for $5.00 each.  What do you think?
