Olivia celebrated her 12th birthday this year with a sleepover for 12 girls!  Yes, it was a crazy night!  :)  January was a very busy month, and I pretty much waited until the last minute to create her invites.  So... we decided to try making invitations with My Digital Studio.  It was so quick and easy to create ONE invite and then hit print!  And Olivia loved them, too!

Are you ready for more wedding invitations?  I hosted a wedding invitation swap on facebook - first time ever hosting on facebook AND doing a mail-in swap with demonstrators that I'd never met before!  The swaps that I received are nothing short of AMAZING!

If you are planning a special event - wedding, shower, quinceanera, birthday - I have ideas!  :)  These swaps are a one-layer invitation.

Wedding Invitations

I hope you had a great weekend... mine was way too short!  I need a shirt to wear to the office that says, "I'd rather be stamping!"  LOL

Another Wedding Invitation

This is another version I tried of the wedding invitation that I posted yesterday.  I decided I didn't like this one as well.  I much prefer the black and white color scheme, but if you wanted to incorporate another wedding color, you could add these accents.

 

Wedding Invitation Swap

I joined a swap online for Wedding Invitation ideas and can NOT wait to receive those swaps.  For those of you who don't know about swapping, it's where you make multiples of one sample and then trade with others for their ideas.  It's great way to acquire a variety of samples to show your customers.  From time to time I do custom invitation orders, and I'll use these swaps for years to come.  :)

Here's my contribution to the swap:

It's a simple style because if you are making wedding invitations, then you will probably need hundreds.  That's a lot of stamping!  So my best advice is to keep it simple.
